Coaching is not about fixing or correcting perceived wrongs. You are not broken.  Rather, we are a partnership of equals, working together to understand and overcome obstacles that hinder you from moving forward. Consider me a resource and support system. I will also hold you accountable to your goals by empowering you to tap into your full potential.

Coming back from burnout

Everyone's path to burnout is unique.  Yet at its core, there are universalities  that most experience that can be understood as part of the healing journey. I provide the resources and space to better understand what these are through the lens of your story and contributing factors.  Then we begin experimenting with a unique blend of solutions, that work for you, to help you get your life back.

I take an approach that opens your mind to continuous growth and learning. Together, we'll reframe limiting beliefs and see life’s ups and downs as opportunities for growth. As a recovering 'performance-oriented' individual, I understand the pressure to achieve. Let's bring back curiosity and view challenges as chances to discover and experiment, all while navigating the realities of your professional and personal life.
